Sending my deepest condolences to Bruce’s family. I worked with Bruce (he was my boss) at AMI Partners. He was a gentle soft spoken person and I enjoyed working with him. I didn’t know he had passed in February. I had a dream 2 weeks ago about my time working there (it was a bizzare dream as most dreams are) but he was part of the dream. It has been 30 plus years since that time and I wondered why I had a dream about a place I worked at 30 years ago. So just today I decided to google his name and to an unfortunate surprise found his obituary. I remember how excited he was about purchasing the family cottage in Muskoka. He often spoke fondly of his wife and two daughters when we had conversations. So happy to hear he had grand daughters too. RIP Bruce!

Our sincere condolences to Sharon and the family.
We are Muskoka friends of Sharon and Bruce and although we have played tennis and shared some dinners and cocktails with them , one of our lasting memories of Bruce was seeing him volunteering his time on Saturday mornings at the Milford Bay Community Centre to teaching children tennis!
Bruce gave his time weekly to give any kid that showed up Free tennis lessons ! The mark of a kind ,generous wonderful man.

I met Bruce through the CFA and later joined him on the Brandes Institute Board. He was passionate about the craft and intellectual body of knowledge In the investment field. He contributed to furthering the spread of knowledge through InvestorLit, his own thoughtful gift to the industry. His charm, sociability, passion and enthusiasm made him a great dinner companion and friend. I was fortunate to have been accepted in his circle of friendship.

Heartfelt condolences to Sharon and the family on the passing of Bruce. I first met Bruce when we worked together at Confederation Life and we remained friends for life. If there was one word to describe Bruce in my mind it was "passion". Bruce was passionate about everything he undertook: family, tennis, the world of investing et al. In more recent years pre the pandemic Josie and I enjoyed two memorable trips with Bruce to Omaha to attend the Berkshire Hathaway AGM.

Remembering Bruce fondly as he joins the ages and passes into Divine love and light. We had such a lovely visit in 2018 with the family. He will live on in our memories always as the kind, funny, engaging person he was. Sending all our love.
