Sending my deepest condolences to the Valeriote and Jarosz Families as we mourn Jeannette's passing.
Jeannette was my Grade 10 French teacher at Preston High School and in later years I came to know her as she was the sister of my dear friend Alfreda. She was a lovely lady who will be missed by all who knew her. I cannot attend the service today but you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace, Jeannette.
Sincerely,
Catherine Hertel

I got to know Jeannette when I first joined the staff at Senator O'Connor College School so many years ago. As the Librarian, she held a very central place in the school, a source of information and support for everyone, staff and students alike. She was a warm and gentle person, respectful of everyone, the very definition of "a lady." I regret not being able to attend any of the funeral in person, but I will be holding Jeanette in my mind and heart, and I pray for God's blessings on her family and those who mourn her passing.

Remembering our Aunt Jeannette from family get togethers over many, many years. Always stylish and upbeat; always a great conversationalist; always the head of our debates over current events; always fun at the silly games we would play and always happy to see us and spend time with family. You will be missed. Rest in Peace, Aunt J. Jane and Rick Merling
