I had the pleasure of knowing Claudine an benefitting from her wisdom and kindness to me and her granddaughter Cordelia, my daughter. She had a heart as big as the universe and was so loved by so many. Her faith life was an inspiration and she always exhibited traits of the holy, as well as diplomacy and tact that would benefit the UN. My thoughts and prayers go out to all her family. May she rest in peace.

I have had the distinct honour of being a chosen member of the Fox family for the past 50+ years. For that I am so grateful. Anne and I were instant friends in grade 1. For Claudine and Frank I was the bonus child; always welcomed with open arms. I have so many wonderful memories of Oriole Parkway, countless sleepovers, the backyard swimming pool, milkshake runs after our soccer games, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the baking! Claudine’s banana loaf, lemon loaf, cherry berry on a cloud, crispy oatmeal cookies…the list goes on and on.
There was always something delicious in the baking tins. (Many of these recipes I still use to this day.)
Claudine’s beautiful way of living, sharing and caring for EVERYONE has always been an inspiration to me. She was so generous with her time for those in need, and she truly listened if you had something to say.
She was a kind and thoughtful friend to many, a caregiver like no other, a loving grandmama and great granny, a caring mother-in-law, a devoted wife and beloved sister. Where she truly shined the most was as a mother…mama. Her grace and wonder shines through her children and with that she will never be forgotten.
Thank you for including me in your life. Rest in eternal peace Claudine.

One of my favourite pictures of Claudie with her first great-grandchild Mckenzie when she was about 7 months old. The love and joy in her eyes epitomize how I remember her most… in addition to that smile. I’m so grateful to have had her as my mother-in-law … so many memories of power shopping in Florida even when she was 80! And the beach… oh how she loved the beach. I love you and miss you Claudie and I’m a better person for knowing you. Love Stephie

My condolences to family for their loss. I was honored and blessed to have been able to have been apart of her life. We shared many laughs together and I truly will miss our walks in the mornings and watching the birds. You were such a beautiful soul. You will be missed by many.

It was tennis that brought Claudine into my life. She became part of "The Leaside Ladies".I was so fortunate to have such a wonderful friend. She was a gracious hostess,the best bridge player of our group and a good tennis palyer. She and Frank raised four wondeful children whom I consider my friends.
Each time that I cook one of her recipes that she shared with me, I will think fondly of her.
Rest in peace dear friend.
