David Michael Arinobu
December 4, 1979 – November 26, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected death of David in his 43rd year. David died at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre with his mom by his side. David is remembered by his devoted and loving mom Lois Grant, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends from Special Olympics, C4 Bowling, Walmart and Community Living.
David was very active in the community and was a fierce competitor on many sports teams over the years. He was an avid and loyal Blue Jays fan and followed the Raptors and Maple Leaf’s with great interest. Wheel-Trans was extremely supportive in getting David where he wanted to go. The support from Community Living and Saint Elizabeth nurses has been greatly appreciated as well. David was happy and lived his life to the fullest thanks to his mom Lois who always found a way to make things happen for him.
A funeral service for David will be held at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (at Davisville) on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with the family receiving for visitation at 10:00 a.m. Cremation.
Donations to Special Olympics Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
