Cathy and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. My sincere condolences to you and all the family.
As a working colleague, I always enjoyed so much hearing about what...Jerry and your current adventures were all about as your lives shifted and evolved together.
I will always admire the love, interest and curiosity in... "what's next" Jerry and you embraced. What a terrific way to engage life as it evolves!
All the changing, adapting, transitioning, and re-setting... the city homes, the Florida home, the country home, the cottage, the boats..."OH MY WHAT FUN TO ENJOY TOGETHER". This is a BIG learning that I took from Jerry and you for my life...thank you.

My heartfelt condolences Cathy. I didn't know Jerry well but every time I saw him, he was smiling. I know mom would also want to to express her sympathies. Jerry was so kind to her and had such patience for her technical questions! We'll hold these memories precious.

Dear Cathy and family, I was so saddened to hear of Jerry’s passing. The hole that is left in our hearts when we lose someone so dear feels unbearable. And while the hole never fully heals we do find a rhythm to keep going. I have fond memories of the Kraft HR Christmas parties you and Jerry hosted in your home in Pickering, and he was always so welcoming. My last memory of Jerry was when the two of you drove away in his convertible for our “Grease” video. You just knew he was someone special and you two had something special. I worked with Jerry at Honeywell in the 80's when he was the Ontario Region Field Engineering Director.
I recall he initiated a"Professional Image dress program" which was a Dress shirt and tie. He had the greatest respect from his very large staff and our customers. A wonderful guy who will be sorely missed.

I am so saddened to learn of Jerry's passing. I feel he is the love of your life and will continue to be your soulmate. He had such a keen sense of humour that brightened everyone both in person and, later, in his blog. Jerry is one of the most positive people I've ever met. He will be missed. Dear Cathy and family,
I was shocked and saddened when hearing about Jerry's passing. I have memories of just a lovely person. We worked together at Honeywell on a project for Air Canada. For some months we would meet at Pearson airport on a Monday morning and travel to the Air Canada facility in Montreal for meetings. So we got to know each other quite well. I know for a fact that he was highly regarded by the Air Canada people.

Hello Cathy,
I’m so sorry to hear that your husband, Jerry, passed away. I only had the opportunity to meet Jerry a few times but I remember him being warm, approachable and friendly. I know you have a difficult path to follow but you are fortunate to have your children and so many family members to support you in your journey. I also know that time will ultimately prove an ally, I’m not sure it can heal you entirely but it will sooth your pain and give you perspective.

I am so very sad to hear of Jerry's passing.
I worked with Jerry for many years at Honeywell and all the subsequent takeover companies.
In addition to being a very intelligent and astute manager, Jerry was a truly nice person. He was liked and well-respected by everyone who knew him. He was one of the really good guys!
Cathy, my sincere condolences to you and all Jerry's family. I know he'll be greatly missed but never forgotten.
