Obituary of Dale Raimo Ihamaki

We are profoundly saddened to announce the passing of Dale Raimo Ihamaki on August 11, 2022, surrounded by some of his many loved ones.

Dale leaves behind his devoted partner, Nick Valladares, his brothers Lauri (Beth, Tim, Kati), Marc (Julie, Charlie, Tomas) and Greg, other cherished family members, and a wealth of wonderful friends. Dale is predeceased by his mother Joyce, and father, Ray. Nick is especially grateful for the support given to Dale and him over the last months by Jean and Gary, brother Lauri, cousin Grant, Sally and Jane. Nick and Dale's immediate circle want to especially thank Mamta, Kamela, and the other outstanding RNs, as well as Dr. Deb Selby, of Sunnybrook's Palliative Care Unit - their expertise and caring helped Dale immeasurably through his difficult journey.
