The Textile Museum of Canada community will miss Margaret Anne Light.
For many years, Margaret was a dedicated volunteer, a strong museum supporter, and a docent at the Textile Museum. Margaret passed away on Friday, August 12, at 95. She continued championing textile arts, and the Textile Museum's work remained important to her.
Thank you so much, Janice, for suggesting that Margaret's family and friends donate to the Textile Museum in her memory. Such a beautiful thought to honor Margaret's memory in this way by supporting the Museum she loved.
