We are so sorry to learn of Louise's passing. Louise was a vibrant person and a good friend when I worked with her in the OPS and later in management consulting. She willingly advised Gabriele on cancer treatment impacts in spite of the difficult emotions those memories must have raised. Louise greatly improved on my writing attempts, resulting in clear prose that was half as long. She will be greatly missed. Our deep sympathy and condolences to Les and to Louise's many friends.
