I work as an usher at Roy Thomson Hall, and I was always so pleased when Billie attended a concert - she radiated such joy for the music and for everyone around her! Though I only knew her as a TSO patron, I could tell that she had a delightful personality. It was a pleasure to assist her. I have no doubt that the loss of her will be felt deeply in the lives of her family and friends and the TSO family as well, but a woman like her leaves a beautiful legacy of love and laughter. We were all blessed to have known her!
