Obituary of Suzanne Gourley

SUZANNE GOURLEY

On Friday, March 13, 2020 after a truly wonderful life, Suzanne passed away at home with her children by her side. Beloved wife of Michael Gourley; mother of Joel Gourley, Emily O’Brien and Pepper Gourley; mother-in-law of Josette Dalsin and Chris O’Brien; and loving Nana to Madison and Zachary O’Brien.  Suzanne will be dearly missed by her three sisters, Andree Ohmura, Anne Laliberte and Maureen Aust, as well as her cousin, Elner Cibelli. She was an incredible aunt to many nieces and nephews who enjoyed her holiday gatherings throughout the years and shared her love of travel and adventure with all of her family and friends. Suzanne inspired us to celebrate all of life’s precious moments and taught us to seize opportunities for happiness.

A memorial service will be held in November, with details to be found on this website in September. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care at Mount Sinai Hospital. Condolences may be forwarded through www.humphreymiles.com.
