Jo worked at Magazines Canada when my late husband, John Crosbie was president. He admired her talents greatly and she was a real asset to the organization. My condolences to her friends and family.

I worked in the public relations department of Cockfield Brown when Jo was there as Research Director and I admired her so much. She was always very friendly to everyone and so smart .She absolutely loved all her sister's children and boasted about them so often that we used to tease her about it.
I was also a very good friend of Claire Finch, as was Jo and we got together quite often when we all retired. Ian Finch would pick Jo up at her apartment and bring her to their house and sometimes up to Richmond Hill to lunch at my house. He hardly ever got a word in edgeways with the three of us, but I loved to hear all about her travels.

We were truly blessed to have Auntie Jo as part of our family. The fact that we weren’t related by blood didn’t matter - she was much loved & always a part of family events big & small. Auntie Jo was one of the most selfless, loving, giving people I have ever known, & we used to refer to her at times as Saint Jo! May you rest in peace Auntie Jo - you’ll be deeply missed.
