Dear Karen and Nancy,
I am so, so sorry. We are, no matter the circumstances, never really ready for our Moms to pass away. You will miss her deeply. Of course, she will be in your hearts forever.
I didn’t know her well, but thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Eve we spent together and the vibrant conversation we had that evening. And, she made fabulous tourtierre!
