My sincere sympathy to you Ken and family. Shirley and I were great friends. I moved to Tillsonburg when were in grade six and walked to school together many days. We both had sisters and both had one much younger than we were. My dear husband passed away April 21 also from cancer. I can feel your pain. Thankfully the Lord is giving me strength which I am sure you feel this as well. Blessings to you and yours.

Marlene phoned to let us know that Shirley had passed away. Although Joe and I didn't know her well, we felt we did through Marlene. She truly was a remarkable woman. Our thoughts go out to Ken, Alexis, Robin, Yiwen, Tristan and the entire family. Shirley and her sisters were especially close and were like a band of brothers (or sisters in this case). Sincere condolences to all. Our thoughts are with you. Joe and Sue Legacy.
