The Bell family are sorry for your loss, and we will always think of the great times Fred had with James Bell. It was quite an experience for my Dad, James, catching his first fish in the Nottawasaga River. His kindness over the years will be forever remembered, and he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
He will be missed by Suzanne Bell (Barrie), and Lorne and Donna Bell (Wasaga Beach).
