Obituary of Sarah Warren

SARAH WARREN

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Sarah, who passed away on March 1, 2018 in her 93^rd year.

Sarah was the devoted wife to George (predeceased) for nearly 70 years. She was the loving mother of Weldon (Debbie), and Linda (Gord) Moore.

Cherished Nanny to grandchildren, Erica, Johnathan, Jennifer and Stephanie, and great-grandmother to Madison, Sierra and soon to be baby Quinn.  She was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, where she met and married George.  They moved to Toronto where they started their new life and family together. Sarah and George were both active in St. Cuthbert’s church for many years. Sarah will be deeply missed and will remain forever in our hearts. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES – NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6^th.   A funeral service will be held in ST. CUTHBERT’S ANGLICAN CHURCH, on Wednesday, March 7th at 11:00 a.m.  If desired, donations to St. Cuthbert’s Church, 1399 Bayview Ave, Toronto, M4G 3A6, or to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.  Condolences, photographs and memories may be forwarded through www.humphreymilesnewbigging.com.
