Dear Susan, Cathy, your Mom and family, Your Dad was an amazing man - charming, witty, charismatic, entertaining, intelligent, energetic, a great athlete, devoted husband, father and grandfather. To my parents, Judy and Bill, and my step mother, Bunny, your Dad was one of their favourite people and they adored him (as well as your Mom). They all shared a love of Christ Church, tennis, the B&R, cottaging, and socializing. I know it will be difficult to fill the void that his passing will create but his was a life well lived, like no other. In time, you will reflect upon all the wonderful memories that you created together. He will be missed. My most sincere condolences, Kathleen Slater

Dear Anne, We were both very sad to hear through Hugh and Phillippa of Pat’s death. We have such lovely memories of him. He had a great sense of humour and was always so interesting to talk to. We always enjoyed your hospitality both at the impromptu suppers after tennis and also your Christmas parties in the days when we lived on Summerhill Gardens. We are planning to attend the funeral on Friday. With all our love and our deepest condolences, Hugh and Sue.
