Andy, Jamie, Jennifer & Mary-Anne,
Our deepest sympathy in the passing of our dear cousin Sue. Our memories of Sue are at the cottage with her sending "letters" and placing in a "mailbox" on a tree to our daughter and how excited Melissa was to check the "mailbox" for a letter from Sue. Who could ever forget the image of Sue paddling in the red canoe around the island with her graceful paddling stroke on a calm sunny Muskoka morning and of course her infective smile and charming character. Had some great card games at the "Big House" playing "Hearts" with Sue and family members.
"May your memories remain forever in your hearts. For nothing loved is ever lost and she was loved so much."
Graham, Nancy, Melissa, & Branden

So sad to hear of Susan's passing.
She meant a lot to those younger. We all have happy thoughts of going up to the big house to play games with Susan!
We miss seeing her paddling around the island and visiting on the dock.
We will all take some time to remember those good times...our thoughts are with you all.
Love,
Jane Clayton and Richard Palmateer and Aunt Ellie Fasken

Dear Andy and family We were both deeply saddened to learn that your dear Sue had passed away . Although we lost touch I have a lot of memories of you both , separately and together and my thoughts are with you at this sad and difficult time. Sorry too that we are not in the city to support you tomorrow but will be there in spirit . Such a long time ago that Andrew and James played together as babies. Our very best to you Erica and Bob

Dear Mary Anne,
I was fortunate to run into your sister this past year and we had a wonderful chat reminiscing about the old days with Ted and Jane. She seemed so positive despite her health challenges which she told me about. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a lovely person.
I send a big hug to you,
Eunice Dunlop

I was very sorry to read of Susan's passing and I extend my deepest condolences. I may have been Susan's second date in high school and we had a lot of fun together: I'll never forget the time I had to console her after she witnessed for the first time the birth of kittens.I moved out of province after high school and lost touch until I came back to Toronto to live and work. We re-met at North Toronto Collegiate Institute reunions and I bumped into her at Toronto Ladies Golf Club on more than one occasion. She was always one classy lady and her children and grandchildren can be proud of her influence on those she met. R.I.P. Susan.
