Theresa, Marlene and Charlie, please accept our condolences on the passing of your husband and father, Joe, a longtime and faithful friend to so many of us in the economic development field. Dianne and I have known and worked with Joe since his days at CIBC and we have always appreciated his optimism, his ready wit, his wisdom born of experience and his great skill in connecting people. He put these skills to great use in the Export Clubs, in Toronto and elsewhere. We appreciated him coming to Windsor in 1983 to speak to the Rotary Club and assist at the birth of the Windsor Export Club. His memory will live on in the many friendships he forged among peoples of diverse backgrounds as well as in his family. We shall miss him.
