Dear Jim Morton's family..... I was a secretary at IBM for your Dad in 1969. He was a wonderful man to work for and I'm glad you put a young photo as this is how I remember him. I was pregnant at the time with my first child and your Dad told me about John and how he was the light of your family. Therefore, whatever, I was supposed to follow his example. I would have regardless. He always spoke of his family and was so proud of you guys. I just wanted you to know. He always talked about his garden and I married a gardiner also and we spend most of our day pulling weeks and just looking at it. I'm so sorry for your loss. Jim was a nice man. Cheers, Ruth

Reading the obituary we can see what a wonderful man your dad was; what a full life he had. We are sorry we didn't know him personally but we can definitely see where Joanne got her gardening interest and talents. We are thinking of you during this difficult time.

I am truly honoured to have met and enjoyed a relationship with one of the greatest men I have ever known. I feel blessed and privileged to say Jim was not only my mentor but one of my best friends. I will cherish our fond memories and never forget his infectious charm and cleaver sense of humour. Jim.... you will forever be in my heart.
