I was shocked and deeply saddened when I heard about Ros passing.
Ros was always a beacon of happiness every time we crossed our paths.
She was the type of person that could light up a room.
I have extremely fond memories of Ros and will always remember her smile, wit and generosity. She was one of a kind.

Dear family of Ros -
I had the privilege of meeting this wonderful women years ago at one of PPAI's Womens Leadership Conferences. The best way I can describe her is one of the nicest, most genuine human beings I've ever met. Attending this conference for a few consecutive years, I looked forward to seeing her. While there were a lot of wonderful people at this conference, and in that industry, her smile and her friendliness was something that I'll never forget. I have two daughters in college, and only last summer we were talking about people who always seem happy and make others around them happy. I used Rosalind as an example of one of those people (they hadn't met most of my promo industry colleagues). When I learned that she passed, I told my oldest daughter and she said 'Ah, that's that really nice lady you told us about, right?'.
She was a very nice lady - and I'm sure so much more than that to all of you - but I wanted you to know the impression she left on a person from Wisconsin who will never forget her smiling face.

David, and family. While I'm still at a loss for words, I will try and string a few together for you.
In everyone's lifetime we enjoy the passion and love of an individual who touches, inspires and positively affects us in ways that no one else did or will again. That was Ros. A larger-than-life individual who made you think, made you get involved, made you take a stand, made you love, made you laugh and made you make YOURSELF a better person. Ros' energy is a part of mine and like everyone with whom she connected, will live on through us.
I asked a few industry gals if they wished to set up a PPPC Scholarship in Ros' name as they were anxious to begin to honor Ros' legacy. Needless to say everyone jumped at the opportunity. You, as a family, choose how this scholarship will be honored, and know that your friends are keeping Ros' passion for education alive in our youth.

To David and family -- I am deeply saddened by the loss of Ros. We met on the day we arrived at Queen's and lived together for the next two years. There are so many wonderful memories from that time -- much laughter and way too many hours in the pub.
It was great to spend time together at the last reunion and hear about her beloved daughters, her continued passion for her work, and her many interests and involvements. It was clearly a rich and fulfilling life. I was so happy for her.

There are absolutely no words to express how very heartbreaking it is to have learned of your loss of your beloved Ros. As humans we desperately want to make sense of what cannot and refuses to be made sense of. Dear Dave & Family,
I just heard the tragic news of Ros's passing, I am so deeply sorry. Ros was such a wonderful person, always bright and cheery and greeted everyone with a warm and genuine smile.
