Dear Cathy,Ryan and Keeley, We are so sorry for your loss. I remember Stan during our early years at The Peaks. Our kids all raced together . Stan was always present with his ready smile and calm nature. Your doors up north and in the city were always open for the young skiers to get together and have fun. So generous.. Please know that you are in our thoughts. Fondly. Cathy, David and family

Remembering Stanton . . and the drives to Kingsmere from Ottawa with Julia who was my classsmate at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, years 1961-1965. We eagerly anticipated the delicious and abundant dinners lovingly prepared by Mrs. Mulvihill, especially on those frigid winter days! I often wondered how Stanton tolerated Julia and I chatting all the way to Kingsmere, and again on those early mornings driving back to Ottawa. He was so patient and quietly stoic with his older sister and her medical student friend. Being named Stanton really impressed me . . . . his name suited him so well. I have known no other by his name.
I am truly saddened to hear of his passing. Please accept my sincerest condolences.
May his soul rest in peace and may the hearts of Stanton's family and friends be consoled.
Remembering Stanton . . .
With my thoughts and prayers,
Eileen Nazaruk Alexander M.D.

To Kathy and all the Family, Please accept my very deep condolences for your loss of Stan. I knew Stan at the University of Ottawa, and he was simply a great guy, a great friend, with a great sense of humour. He was widely liked, had many fiends, was kind and generous. I often caught a ride home to Chelsea Road with Stan and Julie after class, on their way home to Kingsmere. Stan had friends from St. Pats, Lisgar, Ottawa U, and elsewhere. He was renowned for his great summer parties at Kingsmere. Stan will be greatly missed and long remembered very fondly. God Bless and Keep You Safe, Stan, Until We Meet Again. Sincerely, Philippe Roy, Ottawa, Ontario.

I was saddened to learn of Stan's death. Although we hadn't seen each other for many years, I still happily recall so many great times up at Meech and Kingsmere when we were young and crazy. Our teenage years were wonderful and Stan, with his great sense of humour and love of fun, made so much out of them. Sincere condolences to the family.

Stan was a wealth of knowledge and took a genuine interest in those he met. He was such a gentle soul and loved by all of those who knew him. Thank you giving me wonderful memories during my family visits to Collingwood. Your seat will be empty, you will be missed but never forgotten .
