My wife Kate and I offer our condolences to Roger’s nephew and niece, Andrew and Lesley. We sorrow in the loss of a friend with a huge heart and generosity of spirit, his sense of humour and deep sense of history. I first met Roger through St. John Ambulance many years ago and greatly appreciated his perspectives and calm manner. We are thankful to have been able to share some time with Roger this past February. We will miss him very much. God bless you, Roger.
