MARGARET NORMA LIPTROTT

Peggy died December 5, 2022 at Kensington Gardens, Toronto. Predeceased by her husband, R.E (Bob) Liptrott; brother, Donald Nairn; sisters, Lady Helen Roe and Jean Carter, she is survived by her children, Kathryn Liptrott (Thomas Galligan), Edward Liptrott (Melissa Sims); grandchildren, Sodapop and Doc Liptrott and her many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved very much.
Peggy was a champion of television programming for children and women. She was an adventurer and feminist and an advocate for her chosen family.
Peggy’s funeral will be held at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 26 Delisle Avenue. Toronto, on Thursday, December 15th at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, Peggy asked that donations be made to Calvin Presbyterian Church. If you are not able to make a donation, Peggy would ask that you show kindness to someone in need, in her memory. Condolences may be forwarded through www.humphreymiles.com.
