Obituary of Vassil Sabev

Vassil Sabev sadly passed on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 after a short and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.  Vassil was the beloved son of Diana Filipova and step-dad Guy Reis of Toronto and biological father Asen Sabev of Bulgaria.  Loving grandson of Ivan and Jordanka Filipova and Madlena and Vassil Sabev (predeceased) all of Bulgaria.  Cherished nephew of Mira Filipova (Banko Panov) and Simeon Sabev.  Sadly missed by cousin Vanessa Panov and his step-grandparent Enid Reis. Vassil will also be missed by Chris Reis and family and Michelle Cotter and family.

The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (at Davisville) from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 21^st.  A funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, 201 Monarch Park, Toronto, on November 22^nd at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.humphreymiles.com.
