I got to know Betty when she hired me to work with her son, James. I became friends with her daughter, Debbie and often looked after Lisa as a young girl. Betty and I touched base over the years so I could keep up on Lisa’s life and I would visit when I could. I always valued my relationship with Betty. I admired how strong and resilient she was.
