Norman and Cynthia Day
July 16, 1928 – June 19, 2022 and December 20, 1933 – June 22, 2022
Norman and Cynthia Day were a loving couple that passed away peacefully within days of each other together as they had spent most of the past 62 years of their life together. They will both be remembered as the “cool” uncle and auntie to many nieces and nephews plus great nieces and nephews throughout the world. They are survived by their loving daughter, Kim Day and puppy Lola, extended family and friends.
Norman was an avid hiker plus music lover and reader whilst Cynthia will be remembered for her volunteer work and craftsmanship in Jewellery and painting. They spent time being involved in the community.
We will be celebrating their life Friday, August 5th from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Carens Rosedale, 1118 Yonge Street, Toronto. Please join us to celebrate them. There will be a small service at 2:45 pm with reception following.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Bruce Trail in Norman’s name and CAMH Toronto Research Dementia Alliance and the YMCA Central in Cynthia’s name.
