Michael & I were good friends with Barb & Lindsay back in the late sixties when they lived on Alcorn Street in Toronto, Barb was always a delight to spend time with, lots of wit and laughter. I met her at her office on St. George Street in Toronto and went for lunch in early 2000, but busy lives and travel meant we were not able to spend time together again. I was instrumental though on reconnecting Barb with her old friend Lindsay in New Zealand some years later. There were lots of fun memories from knowing Barb back in those days, I’m sure she is greatly missed by her family & friends, may she Rest In Peace. Graham Mills

I was very fortunate to have worked with Barb at the Ontario Human Rights Commission. Barbs commitment to progressive human right education always made her stand out with her deep commitment to equality rights. Barbs contribution was no less then outstanding and her courage never wavered! I always felt honoured to have worked with her and her smile had many memories of a truly genuine human being!!

Condolences to the family and loved ones of Barbara. I remember her bubbly spirit in many locations including Key West, Fla., Blue Mountain, ON, Peterborough, Lions Head, Bruce Peninsula and of course Toronto.
