My deepest sympathy for the family of Norma Tay.
I met Norma in 1997 at St. Michael's Hospital. She worked as a volunteer in the Gift Shop, the Patients' Libary and as the leader of the Craft Group for 30 years. She started volunteering with the hospital in March 1992 and continued volunteering right up until the COIVD-19 pandemic breakout in March 2020 always punctual. She will be missed by all staff and volunteers.
