So sorry to hear of Gail's passing, I first heard of her in the eighties; we both boarded horses and road at Linden Farm in Charlottetown. I considered her a master of the sport - not afraid to dig in and get dirty and not afraid to tell us kids to get stuff done either. Turns out we would be neighbors in the summer months. She owned a horse named Nev at the time, he was a gentle giant who seem to enjoy getting out of the fence and roaming the roads of Fortune on the weekends and many early mornings we were up and trying to bring him back to the barn to safety. She was admired and respected by all who knew her in the horse world. Rest in Peace Gail, I am sure you are enjoying some time in the saddle in heaven!

I was a member of both Toastmasters and Joyriders with Gail. What a bundle of energy. Gail had the vision, focus, and determination to get things done. I thought highly of her, even when I sometimes opposed her initiatives. RIP, Gail. You did good.
