I'd like to express my condolences to Jean Thomson's family and friends. I'm sorry to read of her death, but glad that she had a long and full life post-retirement. As one of her former York Mills C.I. French students, I remember Jean as a supportive, innovative and encouraging teacher. Peace and smooth travels to you, 'Mademoiselle Thomson.'
