Obituary of Mary Louise Murray

(née Mackay)

1927 – 2021

Passed away, peacefully, on August 25, 2021 at the age of 94.  Mary was the loving wife to Gordon Murray (predeceased January 2008).  Dear mother of Tom (Sue), Don and Dave (Kim).  Proud grandmother of Colin, Nolan, Kieran and Tim.  Remembered fondly and missed by her dear sister Jean Barber, brother Frank Mackay and his wife Enid. She will be forever loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family and friends.  Mary was a longtime member of Manor Road United Church. In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Manor Road United Church, 240 Manor Road East, Toronto, Ontario, M4S 1R8 or a charity of your choice.

The family will receive friends for a private invited visitation at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), followed by a funeral service at Manor Road United Church.
