Dear Clare,
Beginning when I was a librarian at the University of Toronto I was part, as was Pat, of the small group who regularly had lunch together on Thursdays for many years. Pat's infectious laugh definitely punctuated our happy times! I was also so in awe of her many achievements as well as her contributions to life in various parts of the world. What a special person she was. You must be very proud of your Mother, Clare. With deepest sympathy,
