I knew Bill through his many years of involvement with the Kiwanis Club of Don Mills and specifically through his participation on the Board of the Kiwanis Music Festival. Both he and Braire often volunteered at sites where I was working for both the music and dance festivals. I also enjoyed the many years when I purchased oranges and grapefruits from him as part of the fundraisers that the Don Mills Kiwanis Club ran. He was a wonderful man who contributed greatly to the Festival and I was very sad to read of his recent passing. My sincere condolences to all of the family members. May the memories you share of your years together keep him with you always. Ruth Ostrower

Your house and family were a big part of my youth. Your mom and dad both were welcoming and loving people that created a warm environment for all of us to share. I have very fond memories of your dad calling me “Lila Jane from down the lane”. He will be missed. I’m thinking of all of you at this sad time. Much love Lila
