Obituary of Marion Montgomery

Marion, of Toronto, formerly of Ottawa, age 92, passed peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Mount Sinai Hospital with her daughter, Debra Montgomery and much loved granddaughter, Kirby Hayes, by her side.  Marion was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Montgomery, in 1965.  She will be greatly missed. 

During her years in Ottawa she worked at Statistics Canada until her retirement in the late 1980’s.  Never one to slow down, she next worked in security at what was then the Palladium and later the Corel Centre until she moved to Toronto to be close to family.  She was a longtime resident of Harbour Square Condominiums in Toronto and enjoyed her interactions and friendships with residents and staff.
