My sincerest condolences to Sonya, Irene, Gary and your extended families,
May you cherish your fond memories of your mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, aunt, etc.
From a voice of your youthful past,
We shared our family visits many year ago.
As your father, father-in-law, grandfather, uncle was, she truly was a beautiful generous person.

I had been a tenant in Vidas basement apartment and that is how I first met Vida (and Tony). I was quickly made to feel most welcome and enjoyed invitations to dinner and not only great food but wonderful conversations were always plentiful. I felt blessed to know this wonderful couple. Also blessed to have gathered my own collection of Vidas recipies. I always looked forward to my tin of Vidas homemade cookies each Christmas where one tasted Love in every morsel. I will always treasure Vidas hugs..they were definately "Love made manifest". She will always be remembered as a truly wonderful woman who emanated beauty and goodness always.

Growing up together with the Vrckovnik, we have great memories attending Slovenian functions in Oshawa and Holiday Gardens.
Mrs. Vrckovnik was always a quiet, kind lady that supported her family.

Irene, Ameen, Alexandra, Matthew and Andrew,
We extend to you our deepest sympathy for the death of your beloved mother, mother-in-law and grandmother.
The love and extraordinary care you provided her, especially in the last few months, was exemplary and inspirational. At this time of sorrow, may you find peace and comfort knowing that you did everything you could (and more) for your Nana - and you did it selflessly and with tremendous love.
