Obituary of Buchan Stuart Frank Bird

BUCHAN STUART FRANK BIRD

Buchan gave up a long fight with MS on Saturday, having dealt with this disease bravely and without complaint.

Born in Toronto, Buchan was predeceased by his wife, Patricia, and his parents, Stuart and Norma Bird.  Buchan will be missed by dear caregiver, Pauline; stepsons, Robert (June), David (Esther); dear cousin, Brian (Linda); and a host of friends.

After graduating high school, Buchan attended Ryerson University, Akron University and the University of British Columbia.  He had a successful career as a Realtor with Cushman Wakefield.

Thanks to Dr. Musser, Dr. Purti and nurses Beth and Jane, as well as Hermes, and all the staff at Spectrum Health Care that took care of Buck during his final days.  Cremation will take place and interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
