The most beautiful boy,
With the golden hair,
You were full of life,
No worries, not a care.
So many laughs,
And endless sun,
We played all day,
It was so much fun.
I remember those days,
Your eyes, filled with light.
But then the shadows came,..
And you put up a fight.
Even though we understand,
Its still hard to let you go..
But rest assure youll never be forgotten,
And in our hearts youll always glow.
We grieve for you...
But know now, you're free.
You couldnt stay here with us,..
But in our family, you'll forever be.

It’s hard to believe Ben is gone. I haven’t seen him in many years, but I think about him every once in a while and he’s always on my mind on his birthday.
