Dear Milligan Family,
I was a recipient of the Barbara and Frank Milligan Graduate Fellowship at U of T in 2011. I have gone on to continue in healthcare, first working at North York General Hospital and now at Toronto Public Health contributing to the COVID-19 response. Thank you to Frank and the family for your support in my early career and I send my sincere condolences at this time.
