I was saddened to read of the passing of Peter this past week.
My condolences to you and to your children.
We have fond memories of Peter on the tennis courts playing with great prowess over many years.
For us as City dwellers, cottage relationships become increasingly important as years go by.
Speaking of which, in recent times, Peter would arrive with Bruce Cooke’s assistance and we would play.
Even with his lesser mobility then, Peter’s ball ball would get whacked back with great authority if landed anywhere within his reach.
And of course, Peter’s admirable work in preserving our pristine lake and heritage environment will be long remembered.
