Dear Brock, your beautiful kids and the Smith family,
I had the privilege to grow up with Kendra and her family and will treasure those memories forever. Kendra was one of my dearest friends from the time we were 5 years old until today. She was always possessed of a zest for life, a no nonsense attitude and a wicked sense of humor. She was one of a kind. I will miss you, my sweet friend. To her family, may the legacy of her deep love for you bring you some comfort.

My deepest condolences to Brock and all the Dunlops on the loss of Kendra. As a Stoney Lake neighbour, I only really got to know Kendra when she was already sick and fighting this horrible battle with cancer. Her strength, positive attitude and fight impressed me so much that I thought if anyone could ever beat this thing, it had to be her. She was truly inspiring. May all of you find comfort in only the fondest memories, of which I know there are so many, during this incredibly difficult time. Ed Wolf

My sincerest condolences to you, Brock, and the entire Dunlop and Smith families on the loss of such an incredible human being. I remember meeting Kendra when I first moved to Toronto and being instantly struck by how exceptional she was. She leaves a tremendous legacy.

Hi Kendra:
It's Joan De Monte. I don't know if you remember me. I babysat you and Crawford when you were young with my then boyfriend now husband Jeff Chrusciel. We would drive up to wasaga beach on Saturday morning to go swimming always stopping at McDonalds on our way. You and Crawford would sleep in the back seat of the car on the way home, exhausted. Jeff and I would carry you and Crawford up to bed to your beds to sleep. I know your sleep now will be peaceful after reading of your wonderful life and the wonderful family you are leaving behind. You and Glennys can sew warm jackets for all of us for when we arrive.
