To James, Sandra and Family, we were very sorry to hear that Milo had passed away, just weeks before our Mom flew off herself. I have fond memories of working in Mr. Peckham's office during that 1970s summer, as James well knows! The basic concepts of purchase and sale, and the importance of charting stocks (each stock charted daily by hand on huge sheets of graph paper) were patiently taught to his son's slow friend, who did very little to earn his wages. The countless days of all those summers when James and I would laugh about our fathers have become precious memories to us now, and the laughter may turn to tears. But I'll not soon forget "429" and the calm, smiling nod that he would give me when I stumbled upon a correct answer. Thank you James for sharing your Dad with me a little those days, it was an honour to know him! Our thoughts are with you, Sandra and your families at this difficult time. Harriet and Greg are my wonderful neighbours. I met Harriet's father perhaps 10 years ago. He was tall and gracious. Someone who survived difficult times and prospered in a new language and world. My condolences to the family. Alanna Quinn

I have fond memories of many family dinners that included Milo - quietly and with a slight smile playing "straight man" to Margaret's cheerful if sometimes over the top observations on the world. I also have a clear memory of a dinner, probably January 2000, when Milo leaned across the table at me and exclaimed "you look like the president of Russia!" - at the time I had no idea what he was talking about. Since then have had many people comment on my resemblance to Vladimir Putin, but Milo was the first to notice. My condolences to Harriett and James, and the rest of the Peckham family.

I was very sorry to learn of Mr. Peckham's passing. I send condolences to his children and family in this sad time.
I live in his co-op, and it was always nice to see him around in the building or at meetings and gatherings. He was one of the last 'originals' at Heathaven! He will be missed.
