Bruce, I was so sorry to hear about Dawn’s passing. She was such a wonderful lady and friend who we all treasured. I really enjoyed the years we worked together in IBM Education. She was a role model to me and a good person to turn to for advice. Even after Education we kept in touch and got together when we could. We will all miss her terribly. Although I can’t be there in person due to a bad cold please know my thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Take care.... Sue Makepeace

I was very sorry to hear of Dawn's passing and extend my deepest sympathy to Bruce, Christine and Kim. I worked closely with Dawn for more than 20 years at IBM in Education. She was always very helpful, professional and friendly to all. After we both retired it was lovely to see her once a year for a long leisurely lunch out here in Vancouver where she and Bruce spent part of each winter. I shall miss her and our wintertime get-togethers very much. Marilyn Baker

I worked with Dawn in IBM Education in the late 80s and she gave me a lot of sage advice over the years since. We also saw Dawn and Bruce many times socially in Toronto and Ottawa. Sincere condolences to Bruce and Christine. She was a great lady.

I worked with Dawn in IBM Toronto when I was moved there on assignment for 2 years. I remember her very well as a patient and experienced IBMer, who helped me a lot. Her professional and teaming qualities made her an ideal team member in our startup group and for IBM Canada. I'm sure that she has been missed!
