Obituary of Anita Sipos

Anita Sipos (1938 – 2020) Anita passed away in hospital January 1, 2020 while holding the hands of her husband, son and daughter. She will be missed beyond words by her soul mate and husband of 59 years, Peter, her son Tomas and his wife, Katerina, her daughter Kathy and her husband, Mitch, and her dear brother Janko, her sister-in law, Eva, and her nieces Anita and Nicole. Grandma will be sadly missed by her 5 grandchildren whom she adored, Sam, Max, Ben, Jack and Cooper. She was the most incredible fighter her entire life and in the end her mind was perfect but her body could not keep up. She knew it was not how she wanted to live and had the courage to let go. She was a beautiful and proud woman and touched the lives of all who had the good fortune to know her. She gave her family and friends all she had and will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, a tribute has been set up in Anita’s name for donations to the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at The Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation.
