I have heartfelt gratitude for the kindness, patience, and deaf ears that both Mr. and Mrs. Smith provided during my many trips to the Smith basement in Lexington to play music. I know that I speak for the many learning musicians that entered that household. The Smiths were so gracious to allow all that noise to go on. I am certain that Mr. Smith is now making the most beautiful music ever. Our love and sympathy go out to Mark and the whole Smith family.
