Dearest Muna and Leila, we are so sad to hear about the passing of your dad. He was an amazing man, so kind, so honest, and a great lover of Arabic culture, from music to cooking. We will never forget his encouragement and love for our performances of Syrian classical music, especially the muwashshahat and qudud halabeyya. He had a wonderful and full life with his family, friends and his prolific writings. Rest in peace dearest Habeeb, and now you are in a better place with the angels.
