I was saddened to learn this week of David's passing.
I met David when he joined the Board of Enbridge Inc. in about 2005 or 2006. David was a great director - always prepared, on time and with thoughtful questions. More importantly, he was a lovely man - friendly, kind and treated all the employees well. He talked about his family including his adored grandchildren, who were even more of a treasure to him after the loss of Susan. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
