I was saddened by the news about Alje's death, my dear friend and neighbor. Alje will be greatly missed by all her neighbors and my family.
I will miss having our tea time together when Alje would be reminiscing about her early life in Estonia and Sweden, her happy life with her husband Hans, their travelling trips to Florida, and their cottage north, talking about Ly and her loved granddaughter Haley.
I'll miss her Estonian Christmas ginger cookies, pickled herring with sour cream, her home made muffins, and her beautiful smile and gentle soul.
Alje thank you for wonderful memories, you have enriched my life:)
