I never had the privilege of meeting Gen in person but I heard so much about what a wonderful person she was from her sister my dear friend Shirley who spoke so often about her with great love and affection, especially her considerable wit, vitality and grace that I've always felt as if I did know her if only a little bit. Our deepest sympathy on her loss. To her daughter Robyn and Granson Daniel, Love never dies, it continues forever. Bless you all.

Never had the privilege of jetting Gen but as a dear friend of her sister Shirley who often mentioned her dear sister Gen with great love and affection especially her grace, wit and kindness I came to feel that I did indeed know her a little bit. To my dear Roban...:)
I'm so very very sorry...I can't even tell you how much.
I know how close you were to your mom...and I'm going to miss her too even though I've never really had the pleasure to get to know her. Well, I kind of know her through you and our daily story adventures. I'm especially going to miss the grocery list bingo days.
You will think of her every day and will miss her, but it will get easier as you know.
I'm ALWAYS here if you need a shoulder to cry on...vent to...laugh with...anything, I'm here.

I don't even know what to say that can make things better other than at least she's not suffering anymore, and you are one lucky guy to have had such a close relationship with your grandmother. Not many people can say that.
You have a fabulous mother and had wonderful grandparents so keep all the wonderful memories with you and cherish them.

We are so sorry for your loss Robyn and Daniel. We all know how much you both loved her and how much she loved you in return. She was quite the character and always had a fun thing going on. It was always so much fun waiting to see her next FB post and also to see the old pictures she would post of my kids or of you and I when we were younger. She will be greatly missed. Robyn and Daniel,
I will always remember Gen as a warm, happy and energetic woman.
Gen truly loved you both, and had no problem letting everyone know. I think back fondly of her trip to Las Vegas with Robyn a few years ago and how much she really enjoyed the experience. I also remember how she was always dressed very fashionably and took great pride in her looks. She had the most beautiful green eyes which would sparkle when she was happy. She was and always will be an amazing, strong women who raised a fantastic daughter and grandson. She is probably with Gunther right now, getting caught up!
I truly am sorry for both of you for your loss, but I do know you both will keep her in your your hearts and memories forever. Let's celebrate her life.
