Obituary of Peter Sklizovic

Our beloved Peter passed away May 26th after a courageous battle with cancer.  He will be greatly missed by his wife Lorraine and his sons, Daniel, Mark & Christian (Danielle), daughters, Natalie & Simone (Daniel).  He had such love for his grandchildren, Evangeline, Daniel, CJ, Mila and Ciara.  We are finding comfort in his peace.

Peter had a love of life that he shared with his family.  Much of our beautiful memories are of his laughter and fun times at the cottage.  In recent years he spent much of his time in his home Country of Croatia with Lorraine and his children visiting often.  We will remember and cherish these dear moments.

We would like to extend our gratitude and praise to the palliative care team at the Owen Sound Hospital and most recently The Chapman House in Owen Sound, for the wonderful care he received. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce (Chapman House), 1725 10th Street East, Owen Sound.
