Dear Fallis Family. Our deepest sympathies on the death of your dear father/grandfather. Unfortunately we are unable to attend the Memorial Service on Monday January 28th. Want to share long ago memories in Leaside- Jim and Barbara were over for dinner with fellow neighbours and he entertained our two small kids with a magic trick with his handkerchief. I also remember that he had to bend down in order to clear the doorway because of his height. Some memorable trips to emergency at Sick Kids and being met by Jim's comforting presence. I still have Barbara's Coq Au Vin recipe, yummy. Once again our prayers and condolences. Judy and Peter Cathcart

Dear Fallis family, Rob and I and our daughters Adrienne Tara and Megan, are so very sorry over the loss of your father/husband/friend Jim/Dr.Fallis. He was a hospitable and kind person. Jim was a very dear friend to my father and mother Dr. David and Molly Pelton for many years, at the cottage, in Toronto and Florida as well. Thinking of you all at this time, with love and sympathy. i first met jim as a medical student and was impressed by his teaching skills. I next met jim when my firstborn at north york general had esophageal atresia. He operated on her and saved her for us. She has since gone on to become a paediatric oncologist and has 4 children of her own. When she was at sick kids i encouraged her to say hello to jim. He was pleased to see one of his successes was a physician.I am forever grateful for his skill. irving zelcer M.D.
